Markella Kaplani is a psychologist, couples coach, and parenthood specialist with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. Through her clinical and coaching work, she has seen firsthand how profoundly parenthood can reshape identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on helping parents better understand themselves and each other so they can navigate conflict, deepen connection, and build stronger relationships during the transition to parenthood and beyond.

Jason Seeman is a Patrescence educator and fatherhood mentor with over a decade of experience supporting men and families in their social-emotional wellbeing. Previously in leadership at The Man Cave and Rites of Passage Institute, Jason has seen first hand how pivotal early intervention is in ensuring that men’s mental health, relationships, and sense of identity are supported so they can in turn, support those around them.
