Engaging & Supporting Parents

Learn More

Modern organisations are only as strong as the wellbeing of the people within them.

And for parents - especially new mums & dads - the demands of home and work are deeply interconnected.

We help create environments where parents are seen, supported, and connected. Because when organisations fully show up for the parents, everyone benefits.

How We Support

  • High-impact, experiential keynotes on fatherhood, modern parenting, mental load, gender collaboration, and how workplaces can better support families at every stage of the journey.

  • Engaging and deeply human sessions designed to help teams build empathy, navigate the challenges of early parenthood, and strengthen cross-gender collaboration.

Grounded in the latest research and informed by work with hundreds of parents.

  • Solving complex problems, for complex people, in simple, grounded ways.

Meet Jason

Founding Father, Raising Fathers

I’m Jason Seeman, Founder of Raising Fathers. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, education, and culture change.

Across the last decade, I’ve designed and facilitated transformational programs for individuals, schools, and organisations, impacting over 1 million people globally.

My professional background spans Law, Education, and Consulting, with leadership positions at Elevate Education, The Man Cave, and Rites of Passage Institute, giving me unique insights into social cohesion, human behaviour, and the systems that shape them.
