Grow as a Man
and a Father

1 : 1 M E N T O R I N G

“It takes a village, to raise a father.”

Fatherhood is a Rite of Passage that fundamentally shifts your identity and reality. Without the village, we can feel isolated, overwhelmed, and confused in transition.

Mentoring serves as guidance on a path we were never meant to walk alone. It’s a place to lean on the village so that you can show up as the man and father you want to be.

Why Mentoring?

1:1 Mentoring

We offer bespoke mentoring, focused on your journey into and through fatherhood. It’s designed to support you to grow into the version of yourself that you most want your children and partner to witness.

Life demands a lot from us, but parenting is a new frontier where it matters most as your children are watching and learning. They won’t do as you say, they will behave as you behave, and internalise your behaviour as the way they interact with the world. Our sessions help you step into the version of you that you want your kids to see, that you want to see; a version of you that thrives as a man, a partner, and as a father.

Who’s it for?

  • You could be on day one or 15 years in. You’re likely navigating the multiple conflicting priorities of life as a man, a partner, a father.

Wondering what showing up as a present father really means amidst the fatigue, the juggle, and all the changes in your relationship.

  • You’ve got a baby on the way for the first time; and a mixture of excitement, curiosity and fear. Wondering how to support mum in pregnancy? What role you have to play in the birth and labour process.

You might even be thinking about the logistics of once the baby is here - how to care for a postpartum mum, a new life, and a home with a family in it.

To explore this offer, contact us here with the subject ‘the bridge’.

  • You don’t have kids or a pregnant partner. You’re asking: “am I ready”, “are WE ready”, and “what needs to change in my life?”

  • These sessions are designed for people seeking support on their journey to fatherhood. You may have specific questions, or just have a feeling that you’d like to talk to someone who has been through this stage. You don’t need specific questions or issues, but we will spend some time together in the initial session zeroing in on your intention and what you’d like to walk away with.

  • We work in 3-session blocks. This means that the minimum commitment is 3 sessions together (spaced weekly or fortnightly). This allows us to discern the pace to move at and how much depth to delve into. After that point, you may seek to continue working together for another 3 sessions, take a break, or complete the time together entirely if you feel you’ve got what you need from the experience.

  • No, mentoring is not therapy. It’s a grounded, forward-looking conversation with someone who’s walked this path and supported many others. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, we’ll always recommend the right support.

  • You can request an initial meet and greet call above. From there, we can look to pencil in some dates.

Hear From Other Dads

  • Working with Jason was fundamental in my development to the father that I am today. He helped me through I time when I was very lost and had little belief in myself. He is very kind and generous in his approach, and brings so much wisdom and care to his sessions, both individually and in group.
