Look, kind of.
The skills are applicable to others, but the context we’re zeroing in on is parents of kids. If you’re expecting your first kid then. come along so you can see what happens for couples, but if you’re not a parent, there are other ways to spend the hour.

We’ll explore some of the most common challenges couples face, including communication breakdowns, conflict, emotional disconnection, differing expectations, and maintaining intimacy amidst busy lives. You’ll also learn practical tools and skills you can begin using immediately.
Each week covers a different key aspect of couple relating as parents, and will give you an experiment and activity to do at home that week prior to the next session.

It is based upon a combination of research, clinical experience, lived experience, and most importantly - your experience!
At the beginning of the program (and throughout) you’ll have the opportunity to submit anonymous questions. challenging scenarios, stories, which in turn will be used as content (anonymised) in the sessions to teach the skills themselves. That way, you can have your specific scenarios mapped to the skills we teach.
